The Twisted Tournament (the “Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Philly Pretzel Factory (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
The Promotion begins on March 12, 2025, at 12:00 AM ET and ends on April 7, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

Potential winners will be contacted via the email or phone number associated with their Philly Pretzel Factory App account. Winners must respond within 72 hours of notification to claim their prize. If a winner fails to respond within the timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.
Any attempt by a participant to deliberately manipulate, tamper with, or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion, including but not limited to fraudulent entries, multiple accounts, or any automated means, will result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to seek legal action against individuals suspected of engaging in fraudulent activity.
Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond its control that may affect the Promotion’s integrity. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and partners from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion.
By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Philly Pretzel Factory, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or relating to participation in the Promotion, acceptance, or use of any prize, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or financial loss.
Any personal information collected will be used solely in connection with this Promotion and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for prize fulfillment.

For transparency, a list of winners may be available upon request, but only limited information (such as first name and last initial) will be disclosed to protect winners’ privacy. To request this information, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Sponsor’s address by April 30, 2025.
